Spinal Hyperextension Brace

C.A.S.H. Brace

The Cruciform Anterior Spinal Hyperextension (CASH) brace features anterior sternal and pubic pads to produce a force opposed by the posterior pad and strap around the thoracolumbar region. Sternal and pelvic pads attach to the anterior, metal, cross-shaped bar, which can be bent to reduce excess pressure on the chest and pelvis.

  • Reduction of kyphosis in patients with osteoporosis
  • Lightweight anterior hyperextension orthosis which limits flexion/ extension without limiting lateral bending
  • Anterior cross arrangement with posterior pad constructed of aluminum and polyethylene
  • Hinged sternal and pubic pads
  • Hood and loop closure for ease of application
  • Fully adjustable height and width, with trimmable 48” belt
